By accessing and using RooRecharge, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
RooRecharge provides a third-party mobile top-up service for Australian carriers (Telstra, Optus, Vodafone, etc.). We are an independent reseller and are not directly affiliated with these carriers.
3. User Responsibility
You are responsible for entering the correct mobile phone number and selecting the correct carrier. RooRecharge is not responsible for credit sent to an incorrect number provided by the user.
4. Payments
All payments are final. Once a recharge is successfully processed, the credit is instantly applied to the mobile number and cannot be reversed.
5. Limitation of Liability
We strive for 100% uptime, but we are not liable for delays caused by carrier network outages or banking system maintenance.
